By using this pump you enter into a binding contract with this retailer (‘Us’, ‘We’ or ‘Our’) and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Before leaving this premises, you must pay Us the amount shown on this pump (the ‘Amount Due’) (less any applicable discounts) for any petrol that you dispense.
2. If you do not pay the Amount Due in accordance with (a):
   1. you must pay Us on demand:
      1. the Amount Due; and
      2. Our debt collection costs of $40.00 (plus any applicable GST), being the costs We incur recovering the Amount Due; and
   2. you may be denied the ability to obtain petrol at this and other petrol stations until you pay the Amount Due.
3. We use surveillance technology to record you and your personal information. We provide this information to third parties that we engage to recover the amounts referred to in (b)(1) from you.

If you do not agree with these terms DO NOT USE THIS PUMP.
